Cette gym permet aussi l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la posture, de l\u2019\u00e9quilibre et de la souplesse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La gym S\u00e9nior<\/strong> a pour but de \u201cr\u00e9veiller le corps\u201d, dynamiser les articulations sans \u00e0-coups ni traumatismes et concourir \u00e0 la sensation de bien-\u00eatre physique et mental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La gymnastique tonique<\/strong> allie des exercices de renforcement musculaire, cardio-vasculaires et des \u00e9tirements.
